4 week travel contract with Freedom HCS

• There for 6 week contract with Freedom HCS.
• 19 bed general ICU

• Monitored patient condition, including interpreting and tracking EKG readings, identifying irregular telemetry readings and updating team members on changes in stability or acuity.
• Conducted patient assessments, recorded vitals and analyzed records and charts to define care requirements.
• Worked in COVID units and floated to MICU

• Delivered outstanding care to patients with various diagnoses and managed care from treatment initiation through to completion.
• Monitored patient condition, including interpreting and tracking EKG readings, identifying irregular telemetry readings and updating team members on changes in stability or acuity.
• 48 bed ICU. Only patients I didn’t care for at this facility was fresh hearts.
