Chief of Custody for a maximum security prison. Responsible for the establishment of the chain of command that ensures a consistency of operation of the institution. Responsible for the safety and security operations of the institution as well as developing polices, procedures and post orders to ensure the highest degree of safety and security for staff, offenders as well as public I ensure the implementation of procedures that ensures the maintenance of security. I conduct audits internally as well as state wide and have been trained through NIC a federally funded program. The Chief of Custody is responsible for all security operations, physical plant, security perimeters, to include but not limited to the electric fence, Del norte, wave sensors, ingress, egress, sallyports, airlocks, finger print scan , armory, lethal and non lethal arsenal, surveillance equipment, video cameras and placement of. Primary concern, the direct supervision of all security operations.
