  • During 6 months as Administrator at Marquis Piedmont's 80 bed Assisted Living facility, I was able to bring a 16 citation State survey that was conducted prior to my hire date down to zero bringing the facility back into compliance with re-licensure
  • Census was substantially increased with the admission of 14 new residents within 5 months, bringing census from 70 percent to 85 percent, all while not having a full-time RN on site
  • Nomination for and acceptance into the Marquis Ascend Program. This was a great honor, as acceptance into this program is based on ability to meet certain pre-requisites, including a supervisors recommendation and their belief in a person's ability to continue to grow within the company
  • As Administrator, resident engagement and interaction within the facility was exponentially improved by encouraging residents to have their meals in the dining room as opposed to their apartments; implementing resident specific activities such as Football Fridays and daily sing-alongs/dance parties.
