Dedicated, accomplished and knowledgeable LCSW-R with 25+ years of experience in behavioral health services is seeking a full time clinical supervisory position. Skilled in all areas of professional social work, including direct provision of clinical services, case consultation and coordination, training and supervision of clinical staff, leadership and team building, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills.
Responsible for the general day to day functioning of AOPD, providing clinical and administrative management and supervision to program supervisors, social workers and nurses.
Ensure that the clinical staff comply with agency policies and procedures.
Oversees productivity of staff, client engagement and scheduling.
Review, measure and evaluate performance of clinicians and supervisors.
Provides weekly/monthly reports and statistics regarding productivity, documentation, and service delivery to Executive Management Team.
Conduct team meetings with focus on client engagement/productivity.
Review clinical documentation including treatment plans and discharges for content and timely completion in accordance with agency Directive.
Guarantee electronic records are current and all documentation and billing standards are met.
Oversees the implementation of case conferences, Grand Rounds, clinical trainings and seminars.
Recommend changes to the Director for the expansion of clinical services that improve quality of care.
Serve with the Director as a member of the senior management team for the agency.
Represent the program at meetings inside and outside the agency.
Supervisory and leadership roles :
Oversee daily operations of a community based outpatient mental health clinic, serving adults experiencing a myriad of behavioral diagnosis and conditions.
Help maintain and manage the continued provision of clinical services.
Provide administrative and clinical consultation, support and training to social work staff, both in office and in remote positions.
Conduct weekly direct supervision of master level social workers including oversight of clinical documentation, productivity, and behavioral interventions.
Administer performance evaluations of clinical staff.
Serve on committees and boards, involving presenting topics, eliciting discussion and feedback and then documenting findings.
Clinical and care coordination roles: Conduct clinical intakes and assessments, including making DSM 5 diagnoses, assessing client needs and offering treatment recommendations.
Provide safety assessments and engage in crisis intervention.
Maintain active client caseload of diverse client population. Utilize evidence based treatment models.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Complete requested reports for disability claims. Coordinate treatment with collateral professionals including hospitals, employers, behavioral and physical health providers, housing staff and case managers.
Connect clients with needed resources including concrete services, housing requests, transportation and case management.
