The number that is printed on bag that film is received in and on end of negative roll are verified that they match. Prints and negatives are put in envelope, put in bag, then billed. All done orders are put into a basket and sent to shipping department

  • For each order the typesetter will use the type style of letting the customer would like to be used and use individual letters, numbers and spacers to spell what the customer wants the item to say and place it in a chase
  • The person printing the order will place the chase in the letterhead press.
  • The color ink the customer order is placed on the plate of the printer.
  • An impression is printed on the pad of the printer. An item, such as a napkin, is used to help guide where the print is going to be placed, and a guide is taped down.
  • Once set a good napkin is printed and the lettering is checked by printer make sure spelling is correct.
  • A second person verifies that the spelling, color of ink and color of the item is correct
  • The order is then printed with how many the order specifies
  • The order is then sent to packaging to be packaged
