Worked closely with the Design and Construction teams as we worked through the pre-launch timeline of opening new LCBC locations
Assisted with training for the new LCBC location staff with regular meetings in preparation for their roles at the new location
Assisted with monthly meetings in the pre-launch phase with Central Ministry & Operations teams insuring all areas were properly represented and any and all concerns were heard and dealt with efficiently.
Insured all “tangibles” needed for ministry and operations were provided and in place for launch weekend.
Worked alongside the staff and volunteer teams for their "Launch Weekend" and 2-3 subsequent weekends.
