Assess participants, who attend all inclusive senior life program, on current level of self care skills development.

Provide high quality, individualized Occupational Therapy to participant who qualify for therapy.

Evaluate participants to determine the need for adaptive equipment. Present recommendations to the interdisciplinary team based on findings. Order equipment and effectuate in a timely manner.

Attend daily morning meetings with the interdisciplinary team to discuss participant's current medical, social and emotional needs.

Attend daily afternoon meetings with the interdisciplinary team to discuss participant's progress and medical changes that may have occurred throughout the day.

• Assessed physical, mental and vocational statuses of clients to develop rehabilitation plans. Tracked incoming patient information, intervention plans and patient responses to treatment. Developed rehabilitation plans that fit clients' aptitudes, education levels, physical abilities and career goals. Assessed patient functional abilities, home and work environments, and daily activities to determine necessary interventions.

• Conducted assessments including formal standardized testing, informal assessment tools and parent and caregiver interviews. Developed individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of pediatric patients. Provided therapeutic interventions, such as sensory integration, fine motor skills development and activities Instructed parents and caregivers in strategies to support their child's therapy goals at home. Educated families about developmental milestones and how to promote positive behavior change in children.

• Assessed physical, mental and vocational statuses of clients to develop rehabilitation plans. Collaborated with internal and external multidisciplinary team to generate effective interventions. • Evaluated patients within the nursing home setting to determine their current level of self care skills development. Developed individual Occupational Therapy programs for patients admitted to the nursing home for physical, cognitive, emotional, neurological and orthopedic impairments. Observed and documented patients' progress, attitude and behavior to maintain client records. Recommended changes in patients' work or living environments to remain consistent with needs and capabilities.

Worked under the direction of the child study team to plan, implement, and administer educational, vocational and recreational programs that would enhance and restore performance in individuals with impaired functional performance.
