Laurie J. Allen

Summary

After a 35-year career in corporate America at a Fortune 50 company, I had the wonderful opportunity to take a year off to reinvest in my family and myself, step away from what I have known my entire career, rejuvenate, and validate what I am passionate about doing for the remainder of my professional career. Balance is critically important to me, to allow the necessary time to serve the unhoused and hungry population in my community, a cause that is very dear to my heart. I have a very diverse skill set and successful work experience, ranging from program management, portfolio management, data governance, data and analytics, reporting, Agile transformation, and extensive leadership experience. I am looking for an opportunity to add value in a smaller role than what I left (AVP), continue my learning journey, and share my knowledge and experience with others.
