Gaps in time and plans for the future.

Upon viewing my work history, there are a couple of noticeable gaps in time. The first gap occurred in 2007, when it was a challenge for me to obtain work in education. Embracing the challenge, I decided to substitute teach for three different counties. During this season of educating, I had the pleasure of working 2 long term sub assignments. Eventually that led to closing the time gap. The second gap of time was much longer; four years between 2010 and 2014. During this gap of time, I had my first born, a son that is now 12 years old. Also during this 4 year period, I continued to substitute when possible while choosing to stay home with my child.  He is now a 12 year old 7th grader with straight A's and a multitude of other accolades.
