Accomplishments

  • Collaborated with the technology team to create a tool to reduce the time of mirroring an account that had been flagged as fraudulent. The team would manually mirror the account information to the newly created account. Depending on the type of account the team could process up to 93-94 fields.


There was a small tool in place for another process. I had suggested that we could develop the new tool using some of the logic of the margin tool. The tech team was able to create the enhancement of the margin tool. This reduced the time to open the new account from approx. 45 minutes to 5 minutes. It also helped the verifier as the team would only need to review certain fields such as new a/c # and type of account selected.


  • Worked with tech team during the development of the IP Workstation. This was created to be able to add statement services for the Olympic NY accounts.
