Accomplishments

  • Prior to joining the Client Documentation team. I worked in the Wealth Advisory Account Opening team where I processed new account openings for fraudulent accounts. Creating new account numbers and mirroring the client's information over to the newly created account also adding the closing code to the the fraud account and completing the setup adding the combined statement requests. In the Maintenance department I was responsible for opening all new Olympic account openings, setting up and preparing the accounts for offshore trading. I worked my way up to became the SME for the team and I held the necessary training sessions and meetings where I would teach our onshore and offshore partners( India) the processes and procedures to help build their skills in completing the Olympic opening requests.
  • I worked for the Wilmington Trust Company for 25 years. It was my responsibility to process all the Mutual Funds requests. Working closely with the Trust Officers in order to setup the mutual funds accounts and working with State Street Bank to ensure all first trades were processed at NAV(Net Asset Value) for our clients. Also completing the process of setting up the dividend payments per the clients requests , calling in the trades and verifying each request for accuracy. I also worked in the Fees and Payments department where I would manually process daily, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual fee requests. I was the lead verifier making sure all requests received by the team were processed as requested correctly. The team also handled the new Trust Account request where we would setup the fee account and also statement services..
