Created communications in Spanish in several Nordstrom documents and the employee survey. Partnered with Corporate Recruiting and HR Service Center to create a system for manual paperwork. Partnered with corporate specialists to educate the corporate teams on Puerto Rican laws and regulations. Hire and train HR Assistant in all areas of HR. Oversaw and supported management thru a reduction in staff of over three hundred employees based on business need. Worked directly with Store Manager in all areas of the business, teaching the first non-Nordstrom store manager the Nordstrom culture.
