I have worked at Chick-fil-A for two years. I started out as a regular team member and was able to work up to my team leader position. With this position, I was able to learn how to be in charge of the group I work with and was able to truly understand why things are in place. I have learned to quickly think on my feet and I have be able to rise in times that are needed. I truly saw the big picture of things and realized why good communication skills are vital not just in my job, but in life itself. I have became very organized and schedule oriented which has helped me not only in the work place but also in college. I have also exemplified multi-tasking skills which has also helped me in all aspects of my life.
