- Started working for BioLife as an SPCT 08/21 (Vista, CA), got promoted to APCT and was looking to expand my knowledge of BioLife which propelled me into pursuing the MT program
- Joined the OMT program 10/22, Traveling to multiple different states in phase two to complete my OM training and gain more proficiency. I exited out of the program at the beginning of phase three.
- Accepted an AM position in Egg Harbor, NJ 06/23. Continued to sharpen my skills in OM while taking on AM tasks such as scheduling, conflict resolution with staff, meeting deadlines for center needs relating to operations and quality. Reviewing metrics to come up with better ways of improving process times and collaborating with staff/Management on how to move forward in meeting Districts expectation at a center level.
