I started at Evatech, Inc. on April 13, 2015 as a Receptionist. 3 years later I was promoted to Engineering Administrator and I am currently employed there. My Engineering job duties include revising and creating new drawings in AutoCAD 2020 and Creating new parts and Bill of Material in the ERP system, Jobscope. I also use our
custom fab program for structural parts called, Evapfab. Evapfab allows us to fab holes in parts of the structure that supports our cooling towers. Another task I do on a regular basis is create drawing packets. I make 6 packets total of the install drawings and 6 joint detail booklets. 4 of each packets goes out to the superintendent in the field, the project manager gets a copy, and I file a copy in our plan room. My job is to make sure the packets are passed along the correct superintendent and project Manager in a timely manner. During my job title as and Engineering Administrator I also attended the Drafting program at Johnson County Community College from January 2019 until I graduated May 20th, 2022. My new goal is to become an Engineering Tech.
