I am a motivated, goal orientated, creative facilitator with a passion for developing people’s potential. I am excited by opportunities to boost self-confidence, enhance communication, inspire learning, and motivate change in others, within Hospitality and Self Wellness. I have over twenty years in the Hospitality field, with thirteen of those years in the education field, where I have worked together, with corporate business, as a Trainer, Facilitator and Coach. My experiences have enhanced my levels of empathy, intuition and emotional intelligence and have further deepened my own personal development. Throughout my career I have developed the ability to adapt to change, utilize new concepts and ideas, to analyze group dynamics, build and enhance a teams’ ability to perform synergistically and with the full sense of unity.

The roll entailed being the Crew Administrator, Payroll Purser, F&B Administrator as well as the Culinary Administrator for the F&B Team.
Audit of time cards, calculate and distribute the payroll required for F&B Department, Meal count in the Galley.
