Lavonda Kay Wallace

I am a registered nurse with a diverse background including long term care, administrative nursing, psychiatric nursing, industrial nursing and most recent history as a nurse case manager. I am a highly motivated worker who does not require direct supervision to perform work duties. My latest experience as a workers compensation nurse case manager utilized and improved my communication skills and problem solving skills. I implemented consistent and daily coordination of care and communication with the client, insurance adjuster, and medical providers including physicians, therapist, and employers. A large percentage of care provided involved crisis management and assuring client satisfaction.
