- As a Winner of the Edgewood ISD PAC (Professionalism, Accountability, Communication) Award, serving adults in the special needs community while implementing a cheerleading mentality, whether in an office environment or assembly line job coaching, teaching and modeling job and life skills has brought success to those I have been blessed to have both coached and taught
- Personal philosophy of treating others the way we wish to be treated is acted out by utilizing active listening skills
