- As Executive Director of Education Development I continue to manage and maintain the Education standards at all New Creations Child Care and Learning Center as I did previously within my role as Education Director.
- Managed grant applications and submissions, securing funding to support educational initiatives as Executive Director of Education Development.
- Partnered with Education Resource Director to develop curriculum aligned with developmentally appropriate practices, enhancing record keeping and assessment across all locations.
- Within my role as Executive Director of Education Development I have built a successful Behavior Guidance team in which had the ability to partner with individual locations / cases where our team can work directly alongside locations that host students with individual needs.
- This team also helps within the management, continued record keeping and implementation techniques when behavior guidance becomes a concern within our classrooms.
- I continue to maintain all components company wide within Parent Aware accreditation as well as continue to manage our Director in Training program.
- Planned bi-annual training days for 415 teachers, developed accredited trainers, and coordinated vendor partnerships to enhance professional development opportunities for New Creations staff.
- New Creations has recently moved into the state of Iowa which has opened my knowledge to requirements both DHS and otherwise within an additional state.
- New Creations Child Care and Learning Center currently has 20 locations.
