Started in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative ,daily duties include taking customers orders and coordinating delivery on stock items with the warehouse supervisor, coordinate with vendors on non-stock items to ship direct to the customer or come in house for our truck delivery. Moved to warehouse supervisor in 2005 ,my job duties included overseeing the daily shipping and receiving, inventory control, logistics for out of state shipping. Worked outside sales for about a year then came back in the office as a senior inside sales rep in 2011 , promoted to Operations Manager in 2014,

Daily responsibilities included managing our customer service/inside sales team, oversee

our warehouse staff to make sure product was shipped and received in a timely manner,

Also did credit , return authorizations, inventory control.
