Transformed QC Lab at Calvert City, while increasing productivity and efficiencies. Reduced budget by $950,000 and reduced headcount by 9 technicians without impact or interruption to production. Led the America’s region MEK quality improvement team to resolve off-specification occurrences being shipped from US to Asia Pacific via bulk marine movements. Effectively reduced gross margin losses from 1 million US dollars per occurrence to zero. Led America’s region global specification team to harmonize four major solvents products with NIAT 50 million US dollars per year.
