3.2 million dollar revenue for 2022 YTD growth of 120% from 2021. Various Project Leads at TPC Group such as new lab construction and seamless change over without stopping production 10-million-dollar budget responsibility. Also, FMS ( Fatigue Management System) corporate team lead for evaluation and implementation to meet all regulatory standards. Member of the Business Solution Team that implemented SAP for Baker Hughes at all global locations. Lead the QC Lab move to the new Technical Center, while maintaining QC support to production with no impact or interruption to production. Transformed QC Lab at HNO and BNO while reducing OT and improving data reliability resulting in approximately $300,000 annually using an out of the box solution i.e. Created a 2 man shift to cover 12/24 hr operation while utilizing production techs in evening in conjunction with HNO QC at nights assisting with GCMS evaluation and data reporting. Transformed QC Lab at Calvert City, while increasing productivity and efficiencies. Reduced budget by $950,000 and reduced headcount by 9 technicians without impact or interruption to production. Led the America’s region MEK quality improvement team to resolve off-specification occurrences being shipped from US to Asia Pacific via bulk marine movements. Effectively reduced gross margin losses from 1 million US dollars per occurrence to zero. Led America’s region global specification team to harmonize four major solvents products with NIAT 50 million US dollars per year.
