Obtained stays at Appellate Court for homeowners in foreclosure. Achieved cancellation of mortgages through effective litigation against major banking institutions.

Co-counseled with a national consumer law firm in Federal and State class actions. I have also been a member of the New York County Criminal and Family Court Assigned Counsel Plan, and represented union members through their legal service plan.
