As a former military professional and current doctoral student in Transformative Leadership, I combine discipline with compassion to implement high-impact programs that foster resilience, equity, and holistic care. Skilled in volunteer management, strategic program development, community partnerships, crisis response, and spiritual care. My work with Youth for Christ (YFC) has included leading multisite outreach efforts, developing trauma-informed mentoring models, and managing staff and volunteers across facilities. I have successfully designed and implemented culturally responsive faith-based initiatives and have helped coordinate operations in high-stakes environments, including juvenile detention centers and underserved communities.
