● Manage product flow through cross-functional partnerships in order to identify missing and prioritize samples, duplicate requests and overall sample management to meet launch deadlines.
● Organize and locate samples from multiple inventories, updating spreadsheets to reflect sample data.
● Run weekly strategy reports to analyze business trends and provide recommendations to sample coordination team.
● Train new employees on sample management and quality assurance standards.
● Monitor stock levels to maintain sufficient quantity of featured product.
● Follow shot directives and marketing plans to arrange consistent flow of
samples that's presented to the creative and marketing teams.
● Reconcile orders using our studio financial plan and forecasting tools.
● Track timelines of studio samples and coordinate with the account
manager team to make sure samples are returned by date needed.
