Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with each handled as follows: Initial review of GC/MEP project scope and contract, create project schedule, perform cost analysis (Buyouts, Subs, Vendors, Engineering, etc.) and develop financial projections based on the above. Oversee, manage and delegate tasks required for the successful setup and performance of project. Communicate effectively with Project Team, Client, Subcontractors, Vendors and other Parties to maximize profitability, enhance business relations and to resolve challenges while maintaining project schedule - adjust project schedule as needed per unforeseen conditions and submit change orders for scope changes. Consistently file project documents and maintain paper trail for pertinent issues with a potential cost impact/liability. Consistently monitor project financials throughout the project to ensure the project is on track. Analyze and report status of project periodically to Management. Manage Projects with the following agencies: NYC DDC, NYC DCAS, NYCSCA and NYCHA.

Provide electrical consulting services to construction companies, including site visits, cost estimates and review of electrical construction costs.

Perform both Electrical Estimating and Electrical Project Management for two Electrical Contractors (E-J Electric Installation Co. and A Tech Electric Enterprises, Inc.) for an array of Projects in NYC, NJ and CT.
