Responsible for synchronization and management of a battalion staff compromised of 22 Active duty Soldiers, 6 Active guard/reserve personnel, and 6 civilian on daily operations with administrative and mission responsibility for 180 assigned Army Reserve Soldiers. Managed a battalion annual budget of $676K with monitoring authority of all Temporary Duty (TDYs), logistics and resupply operations. As the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) supervisor, was responsible for the serviceability of all organic and assigned equipment in excess of $19 million dollars. Established and maintained a high standard of conduct, physical fitness, and esprit de corps.
