Accomplishments
I have been involved with the dairy industry for over 30 years. I started as a milk receiver for Kraft foods in 1993. There I learned the process of making Parmesan cheese from start to finish.
In 1998 I excepted a job with California dairies INC. Starting as a Evaporator/Dryer operator. Within a year I was promoted to plant foreperson responsible for all areas of the plant. Within two years I was promoted to plant supervisor. In 2010 I was promoted to plant superintendent.
In 2018 I left the company to start my new career with Continental Dairy in Littlefield Texas.
Completed living as a leader two-year course.
Living as a Leader was a two year course designed to empower you with tools and techniques for the workforce. It focused on understand your unique management style and how to fine tune it. It provided valuable workshops on motivation, appraisal,accountability, understanding your workforce needs, how to conduct positive meetings,diversity awareness and more.
