Accomplishments


  • Innovation, Concept idea to develop a facilities management team. This team would be responsible for the entire facility – events, maintenance, security and environmental. Resulting in a comprehensive flow to keep the facility incident free.
  • Decision Maker, Established as the single point of contact person before, during and after construction of the Veoneer Headquarters Building. Managed a multi-million dollar building development to ensure government, construction and corporate requirements, regulations and guidelines were met. Resulting in the building construction to be a finalist for the 2020 CAM Award (Construction Association of Michigan).
  • Leadership, Initiated plans for a winter testing track (Smithers Winter Test Facility). Created proposal and presented to management. Upon approval, supported the design of the facility to be beneficial for an auxiliary engineering test location comparable to home office. Resulting in performing approved braking control testing maneuvers. Accommodations were acceptable to management, engineers and hosting customer reviews. This same concept was also used to define and implement a summer testing location at TRC (Technical Research Center).
