As a Lead Quality Assurance Specialist I am responsible for preparing, managing and processing contracts for new and existing customers, ensuring flawless documentation that is %100 accurate in a timely manner then engaging with those customers reviewing financial terms as well as the contract documents making certain that they understand and agree to the terms while maintaining a jovial environment and exceptional customer service experience.
