Layla Brown

I’m a licensed midwife in the state of Alabama and I run my own business. I provide prepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care as well as well woman care. I love what I do, and I’m looking for an opportunity to supplement my income.

I worked almost every area of the hospital. Oncology was my main focus for the early years of my career, and I helped to open the Stem Cell Transplant Unit at Children’s Hospital. Over my years at Children’s I worked bedside/floor nursing and both PICU and NICU. I worked as what was called a SWAT nurse taking calls to start IVs, take patients for procedures, and attended all ER traumas that came in during my shift.
