  • Implemented new payroll, time and attendance, HRIS system
  • Implemented and led $50+MM in capital building projects on three separate campuses.
  • Implemented formal education process with management team including identifying key leadership skills needed and ways to improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborated with physicians in creating new services/expanding programs including an updated Gamma Knife and HDR program; multi-chamber HBOT program; and a hybrid OR.

  • Led initiative to negotiate purchase and replacement of 350 new patient beds at a tertiary care hospital including med/surg, pediatrics, OB, critical care, and all specialty beds.

  • Developed new leaders who went on to be rated as high performers by other executives and their peers in the organization.
  • Collaborated with community leaders on the redesign of the United Way allocation process leading to an improved accountability for fund distribution.
