Laz Shannon

I grew up around people with very good work ethic and that has transferred over into my careers as an adult. I am able to get along with anybody and adapt to different situations. I am very personable and easy to get along with. I know how to get stuff done quickly and still do a good job. At just sports I had to deal with hundreds of people a day and help them out, and if they have any issues I made sure to resolve them quickly and still make sure the customer is satisfied before they left . As a busser I know how to talk to people and make their experience much more enjoyable just from a simple conversation. While bussing I've also learned how to handle high stress situations with a large group of coworkers. While working at Walmart I had to learn how to get large task done in a timely manner and make sure I didn’t mess up the little things as well as constantly moving around and staying active.
