  • Successfully implemented 5 projects with a key role in each project, helping the company improve operations, enhance competitiveness and save costs.
  • Project 1: Change shuttle fleet to night shift operation: Significantly increase turn around rate of trucks - avoiding truck banning period (6AM - 9AM and 4PM - 8PM). Maximize full truck load per trip with multi leg schedule. Monthly operations cost: ~350 million VND.
  • Project 2: Upgrade 2 working shifts for shuttle fleet: Improve service quality (Speed) for customers as parcels Pickup in the morning can be brought to Sort at noon and make Delivery at hubs in the afternoon. Catchup with Linehaul from cross metro and same region, improving final leadtime for parcels from province to city customers. Reducing FD, increase competitiveness for business. 4.7% cost saving per truck as optimizing full day 18 hours instead of 2 separate trucks. Monthly operations cost: ~280 million VND.
  • Project 3: Upgrading 1.9T truck's capacity by changing from 4.3m to 6m trunk: Increasing 32.8% load capacity with only 15.6% increase in rental cost per 1.9T trucks. More volume can be transported per trip -> in actual ops achieving better overall CPP. Bigger truck -> Lesser chance of spill over volume (bad customer experience / very high cost to transport small volume). Better clearing space at Outbound staging improving loading process and internal traffic. Monthly operations cost: ~450 million VND.
  • Project 4: Setup transit point at Mekong Delta - Ninh Kiều, Can Tho: Transform Ninh Kieu hub to regional Mini Sort, working night shift which improving leadtime from sellers in Mekong to customers in HCM city (better customer service from N2 -> N1 afternoon). Direct Linehaul from Hanoi to Can Tho -> better leadtime, saving handling cost because of bypassing main Sort which reduce handling time (waste - equi to 8 headcount). Leaner handling operation at mainsort -> no need to lead by route and reduce internal traffic. Much better cost performance as Mekong shuttle fleet of hubs beyond Can Tho reducing traveling time, from same region long route to short route which greatly improving CPP ~15% of whole region. Monthly operations cost: ~300 million VND.
  • Project 5: Setup transit point at Da Nang - Hòa Xuân: Transform Hoa Xuân hub to regional Mini Sort, handling linehaul Mobile Unit (bags) for whole middle region -> greatly saving linehaul travel time from faster handover process and enhancing parcel journey visibility. Utilize small shuttle there to bring to all hugs -> better CPP than letting vendor handover by their fleet. Monthly operations cost: ~100 million VND.
