  • For the grill I cut butterfly various meats

  • Students that passed the course were given certification of achievement and were most likely guaranteed to excel into a trade in which they were educated in because of the excellent reputation of ETC
  • High school students were also able to enter the program for high school credits which was majority of the classes
  • I myself attended these classes for high school credits during my whole senior year
  • After completion of the program and earning my certification I got offer a job from the executive chef
  • Teaching the fundamentals of cooking consist of proper safety guidelines, sanitation, temperatures, handling of a knife, and bulk cookery
  • We also gained a lot of experience running the college cafeteria
  • We did large catering events that include Ho’okipa Night and C.S WO functions
