I worked in the culinary program where we taught students great work ethics and the fundamentals of cooking

Students that passed the course were given certification of achievement and were most likely guaranteed to excel into a trade in which they were educated in because of the excellent reputation of ETC
High school students were also able to enter the program for high school credits which was majority of the classes
I myself attended these classes for high school credits during my whole senior year
After completion of the program and earning my certification I got offer a job from the executive chef
Teaching the fundamentals of cooking consist of proper safety guidelines, sanitation, temperatures, handling of a knife, and bulk cookery
We also gained a lot of experience running the college cafeteria
We did large catering events that include Ho’okipa Night and C.S WO functions
