• Successfully transitioned facility to use of Black board & Moodle platforms as well as on-line teaching tools during the pandemic.
• Achieved and completed creation, design, implementation, and oversight of the new RN-BSN Online learning program. Effectively worked with a multidisciplinary team, including Administration, the entire IT department, departmental colleagues from nursing, education, social sciences, human resources, financial resources, communications and recruitment services, as well as marketing for the new implementation of the RN-BSN online program.
• Collaborated with team of 25-30 people any any given moment in time in the development of the new RN-BSN online program.
• Documented and resolved a collaborative approach with the History Department to work together to teach Global Health Needs which led to a very collaborative course development and dual faculty teaching .
