Bail - Get the bail from the front desk. Send the bail and a bail receipt to the Garfield Municipal Court with the itemized bail list on it and have the court sign for the receipt.
Daily Work – Court gets Motor Vehicle Summons, Warrants, Summons, and Short Form Complaints. Make a list of the Warrant / Summons / Short Form Complaint #’s along with Defendant names that go to the court. Send a copy of the corresponding incident report to the court as well.
