I am a motivated and attentive student who is passionate about learning and applying my knowledge and skills to hands-on experiences. I pride myself on my strong work ethic, reliability, and honor to the commitments I make. I have gained valuable skills and insight through class projects, work experience, and an internship. Currently a graduating senior at the William Penn Charter School, I will be continuing my academic career at Northeastern University in the fall.
I greet customers and provide reliable, friendly customer service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. I have menu information memorized to provide recommendations and answers to customer questions. Additionally, I train new employees on how to make menu items, take customer orders, and properly restock supplies.
As a babysitter, I ensure effective communication with parents and act as a positive role model for the children. I work quickly to ensure that I am completing bedtime routines, meal preparations, and school pickups on time, while simultaneously maintaining an organized space.
For my final project of my high school career, I am completing a 5-week internship at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. During this time, I have read briefs in preparation to attend court, had meetings with attorneys in the office about how the United States' legal system is set up, and have assisted in extracting and organizing relevant information from case files.
