Personal Information

Title: Certified Medical Assistant

Projects

While employed at The Vancouver Clinic I have had the opportunity to be involved in many revamping projects within Internal Medicine. I have had the opportunity to work closely with fellow staff while training them from all sites. I was involved in the merge with Cascade Physicians Group and The Vancouver Clinic. I went to two of the three sites to train and provide support for staff that were unfamiliar with our EPIC system as well as our procedures and protocols. I was able to navigate through confrontation as well as build rapport with the staff and providers. Presently I continue to train staff from surrounding clinics. I am also currently a part of the mychart messaging team implementing counter measures to bring patients in for appointments to provide better continuity of care.
