Responsible for reviewing Trios scans of all removable prosthesis types for all offices sending to the digital design network across the nation to assure and maintain a quality standard set forth by Leadership.

Provide effective clear and concise communication regarding areas of concern within submitted scans, with photos and proper work instructions for correction to offices POP, MCD, and other auxiliary team members.

Updating case tracking system to reflect concerns, rejections, script issues, missing scans, on hold statuses and update accordingly with correspondence from offices. i.e., Doctor override, 24 hour/no response.

Provide Designer followups and comments for Designer Management Team to provide coaching to designers.

• Responsibilities include the start and growth of a digital dental laboratory in office utilizing intra-oral scanners, CNC milling machine, 3D printer, and CAD/CAM 3Shape software to design and fabricate crown and bridge both anterior and posterior. Printed models and night guards, custom implant abutments, retainers and diagnostic wax-ups from start to finish. Chairside custom shades.
• Training both Dentists and Assistants on intra-oral scanners and digital workflow e.g. Case creation, scan process, software tools, crown prep approval, properly marking digital margins, importing/exporting stl. files.
• Installation, Update and trouble shoot server and all twelve operatory computers with digital workflow software's.
• Set-up, maintenance and calibrations of machines and equipment.
• Managing all lab production to meet quality standards and patient’s scheduled appointments.

• Consultant of the digital processes, production, fabrications, and manufacturing for a digital dental startup company.
• Broadened improvement initiatives by troubleshooting problems and recommending corrective actions.
• Fabrication of All on X provisional dentures and implant surgical quides using Cad/Cam software, 3D printer, and imported intra-oral scanned stl. files.
• Applications of gingival composite to final All on X prosthetics.

• Digitally fabricate and manufacturing implant based substructures and All on X Full Arch Zirconia and Hybrid Final Prosthetics from start to finish.
