- Demo out buildings such as hospitals, offices, warehouses. Use a hammer, sawzall, flat bar, etc, demo out dry wall, demo out the framing, demo the floor with a floor machine “terminator”. Sometimes we need core holes so I’d core drill them and then they also did slab saw cutting.
