Compass Coffee Project, Fall 2025
● Collaborate with a 4–5 member team to consult for Compass Coffee on strategic and operational challenges
● Conduct research and analysis to develop actionable recommendations aligned with client goals
● Present findings and solutions to Compass Coffee leadership as part of a semester-long engagement
● Maintain and update a resource bank for asylum-seeking clients, ensuring job search tools are accurate, accessible, and user-friendly
● Edit and format multilingual training content in Articulate to improve consistency across program materials
● Support community engagement and client-facing initiatives through volunteer onboarding, alumni outreach, event planning, and podcast coordination
● Oversee the largest student-run Model UN conference in the world, welcoming over 4,000 high school students from across the globe
● Manage operations across 7 committees and coordinate with a 100+ member staff to deliver high-level programming, inclusive engagement, and smooth execution
● Collaborate with Georgetown faculty, high school advisors, and international participants to ensure academic quality and diplomacy-focused learning
● Lead an immersion program with 10+ participants to North Carolina and Kentucky, focused on economic democracy, labor, and environmental justice
● Collaborate with local partners, facilitate group reflections, and organize pre/post-trip meetings to sustain participant learning and engagement
● Plan upcoming immersion trips for the 2025–2026 academic year while fostering a collaborative team environment grounded in active listening, cultural humility, and values-based leadership
● World Finalist in 2024, with 10+ tournament championships/finals and 25+ elimination round breaks
● Selected as a financed adjudicator at the World Schools Debating Championship 2025, featuring teams from 60+ countries
● Serve as Deputy-Chief Adjudicator for Peru’s largest high school debate tournament (400+ participants) and coach Team Guatemala for the Spanish World Championship
● Conduct research on strategic competition and internal dynamics within the U.S. Department of Defense
● Utilize open-source data to analyze global affairs, strategic competition, and institutional efficiency
● Develop policy recommendations to improve inter-agency collaboration and maximize return on investment in defense initiatives
