Care of medically complex patients. Diagnosis of Sepsis, heart failure, Renal Failure, Respiratory failure. Medication drip titration including precedex, Cardizem, Neo, and Insulin. Management of high flow oxygen systems including Vapotherm and Bipap. Epic charting system.

Pre Op and PACU position. Frequent successful IV starts. Pre op health history. Recovery of patients post endoscopy and colonoscopy. Frequent Vital signs.

Pre op and PACU position at outpatient surgery center. Frequent successful IV starts.pre Op health history. Recovery of patients post cosmetic surgeries. Frequent vital signs. Patient education.

Care of patients post pacemaker placement. Care of patients post cardiac catheter. Assist with bedside procedures thoracentesis, central line placement, and bronchoscopy. Care of patients at stepdown level of care. Diagnosis of NSTEMI, stroke, CHF. Frequent successful IV start. Patient education. Care of COVID patient. Management of high flow oxygen systems. Respiratory assessment including weaning of oxygen.

Step down Vent unit. With float to Cardiac tele and medical tele units. Pt diagnosis TBI, spinal injury, anoxic brain injury. Respiratory failure with chronic vent dependency. Sepsis management and prevention. Wound care. Blood gas interpretation.

Care of patients post pacemaker. Care of patients post cardiac. Assist with Bedside procedures bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, central line placement. Care of patients at stepdown level of care. Diagnosis stroke, NSTEM, CHF.

Stepdown/PCU assignment with float to ICU and medical tele units. chronic vent patient Management . Frequent successful IV starts. Treatment of sepsis and respiratory failure. Care of medical complex patients.

Cardiac Stepdown unit. Care of patients post cardiac cath, continuous Monitoring, removal of cardiac sheath, mediation drip titration. Care of patients post op CABG.

Medical tele unit with float to ICU and ER. Utilize strong assessment skills to determine necessary patient care. Accurate documentation of all elements of nursing assessment, treatment, medication, discharge planning and patient education.

Medical ICU stepdown unit. recovery of vascular surgery patient. Frequent vital signs, medication drip titration, arterial line management, continuous monitoring, ICU charting, care of medically complex patients.

Respiratory care unit. Tele monitoring oxygen weaning at various level. Patient diagnosis CHF, COPD, acute respiratory failure, pneumonia

Medical surgery tele unit with floating to ICU. Apply nursing process to patients with diagnosis CHF, COP, DM, alcohol withdrawal, orthopedic and GI surgerery.

Medical tele unit. Epic computer system conversion. Support and educate primary staff on Epic system use. general medical patient population.

Float pool/cardiac step down unit. Utilized strong assessment skills to determine necessary patient care. Care and recovery of patients post CABG and post cardiac cath. Float to Med/surgery floors as needed.

Medical tele Unit. Utilize strong assessment skills to determine necessary patient care. Preceptor to new grad nurses. Accurately documented all elements of nursing Assessment, treatment medication administration.

ER holding unit. Care of medically complex patients at stepdown/ ICU level of care. Medication drip titration, vent management, evaluate patient care needs and prioritize treatment. Maintenance of safe patient care through admissions process.

Medical tele/stepdown unit multiple treatment of patients with medically complex diagnosis. Wound care epic charting.

Level 1 trauma Center Imaging PACU. Recovery of patients post thoracensis, paracentesis, tumor ablation, admissions and discharges, pt prep for CT scan and MRI testing, frequent successful IV starts.

Medical stepdown unit. Apply nursing process to patient with diagnosis of CHF, COPD, Sepsis, DM, CAD, medication drip titration, wound care,

Level 1 trauma Center. NeuroSurg unit pt diagnosis craniotomy, spinal fusion, Stroke, TBI, Lumbar drain management, preceptor to new graduate Nurses.

Medical tele unit. Apply nursing process to patient diagnosis respiratory failure, alcohol detox, GI disorders, Renal failure.

Cardiac Stepdown unit. Apply nursing process to patient diagnosis post cardiac cath, CHF, Acute MI, post pacemaker placement, cardiac medication drip management and titration,

Level 1trauma ceniter. ICU floatpool apply the nursing process at ICU level of care. patient diagnosis Medical, Trauma, Neuro, orthopedic, medication drip titration. Continuous hemodynamic monitoring, preceptor to new graduate nurses.
