- Logged and tracked constituent casework to maintain accurate records and facilitate timely follow-up. Assisted with incoming calls and voicemails to address constituent inquiries and provide office support. Supported day-to-day district office operations and contributed to office projects, including facility upkeep and organization tasks. Designed and produced a graphic book documenting the Congresswoman’s work throughout the year, incorporating original layouts and visuals
