  • Repeat data collection and statistical analysis after improvement have taken place to ensure successful implementation and process maintenance.
  • Built and manage the Analytics and Information Management (AIM) report. AIM is an Access-based dashboard designed to provide senior executives and managers with access to near real-time operational information including wait times and consults with capability to drill down to patient level information. The dashboard is updated daily and intended to improve patient access and flow.
