Maintain Daily CUB Operations of Boilers, Process and HVAC Chillers, Air Compressors, Air Driers, Biomass Boiler, Turbine, Process Waste, Cooling Towers, Process and Sanitary waste systems, sumps and Generators.
Complete Sitewide backflow testing as per monthly schedule and report necessary assets to city (State and Pfizer certified) along with proper documentation in EAMS as well as city of Sanford.
Work as one with other shifts to ensure smooth transitions/operations during shift turnovers and daily tasks completed or to be completed.
Proficient in performing Preventative Maintenance (PM's), documenting in EAMS, and closing work orders per monthly requests. Also provide follow up with completion of current PM's and work orders and update in EAMS if required.
Ensure sitewide alarms system is covered and responded to immediately during shift period. Maintain 5S/6S in all CUB related areas.
Proficient in LOTO documentation, procedure and applying in the field.
Arc Flash/70E certified.
Complete nightly water sample testing on boilers, cooling tower basins, B114/B110 B101 and B118 condensate return, water softener system.
Proficient with operating equipment across Delta V in all scenarios in the field.
Experience in GMP processing and equipment areas.
Experience with shutdown process, procedures and pre-planning for shutdown of most areas. Proficient in operating EAMS system among navigating, documentation, updating pertinent information and other related material/ areas.
Familiar with researching necessary parts for PM's/ Work orders and ordering process to acquire part in a timely manner to have task completed.
Plan with CUB personnel and all shifts to have work scheduled and completed within a required time frame.
Assist CUB with vendor scheduling on site, and work performed within timeframe required and have plan executed within that selected time frame.
Proficient in GMP documentation, training, procedures and security of sensitive information.
