Exterior repairs done on a wide variety of Blade Models & designs for customers all over the US. All repairs from minor delams, lighting strike tip rebuilds, to large root repairs. Three man core crew to start and complete the Prototyping stage started this companies Blade Production and Manufacturing. Responsible for the Quality of out product to be complete in a timely manner and, right the first time. Started with Renewtech LLC as a Quality Manager.Made sure all paperwork was complete and organized in both layup and finishing. Promoted to Finishing Supervisor and was responsible for blade trimming, all repairs, laminations and KMT Robotic Root Cut. Responsible for blades to be weighed and balanced, mudded, pore filled, and painted. Lead teams from start to finish, to loading the blades onto transportation trucks & out the door of the manufacture.

Four man core crew including myself started this companies blade building success. Responsibilities included moving all equipment into the plant, Combining 2 multi sectioned main molds HP & LP Shells. The rewiring of the integrated heat system. Ramping production while at the same time setting up the shop with proper 5s methods. Once we were set up hired in roughly 20 employees to teach and train them properly on the build of Aeronauticas 26.2 Meter Blade. Worked as Lay-up Lead, while also controlling the Quality Control Documentation.
