Firearms and Less Lethal Instructor dual certified. Responsible for conducting firearms training for CBP Officers and Management, including instruction on handguns, M-4 rifles, shotguns, and related authorized weapons and instructing personnel on range safety procedures, assembly, and disassembly of firearms, CBP Use of Force Policy, and related topics. Develops lesson plans and provides classroom instruction; conducts decision-making training utilizing the use of force simulator, live fire, and Less Lethal devices.

As an acting Supervisor at DFW International Airport, I was responsible for supervising and leading employees in carrying out their assigned duties, which included passengers’ admissibility, baggage inspection, PAU Passenger Analytical targeting Unit Lookouts, Airline difficulties, Cargo Operations, and Law Enforcement activities. I was also responsible for organizing workflow, scheduling rotations, and providing daily reports to upper management in compliance with the immigration law and CBP Policy. 05/2023 – 07/2023.

As a Hard Secondary Case Officer, I conducted and analyzed complicated immigration cases to determine Admissibility in the United States including but not limited to Expedited Removal, Deferred Inspection, Withdraws, and Expedited Removal with Credible Fear cases. Performed inspection, intelligence analysis, examination, and law enforcement activities, including apprehension, detention, and arrest relative to the arrival and departure of persons, conveyances, and merchandise at Ports of Entry (POE).

SPSD Seized Property Security Detail, certified member. As an SPSD member, I'm trained to maintain operational security during the transport of seized property and to be the first responders to a significant threat or incident occurring during the seized property transfer/destruction process.

PAU Passenger Analytical and Targeting Unit. Analyzed and targeted possible threats on passengers traveling on Commercial Air, Commercial Vessel, Train, or Land Border using a variety of state-of-the-art systems and communication skills preventing the entry of terrorists, illegal drugs and contraband, and illegal aliens from entering the United States.

As an Acting Supervisor, I managed and coordinated daily operations at Vancouver International Airport solving complicated issues related to but not limited to admissibility, passenger-related issues, baggage inspection, airline difficulties, and Law Enforcement activities; Organizing workflow, scheduling rotation, and provided daily reports to upper management. 08/2018 – 12/2018.

CTR "TTRT" Counter Terrorism Response Officer. I conducted targeting, interviews, and examined data and intelligence analysis in collaboration with NTC National Targeting Center and other agencies like RCMP Royal Canadian Mount Police and CBSA Canada Border Security Services to prevent the entry of terrorists and terrorism-related instruments into the United States.

Interviewed passengers and Processed Global Entry and Nexus applications, working with CBSA Canada Border Security Agency passengers to support the United States and Canada agreement enforcing the CBP Trusted Traveler Program policies.

As an Acting Supervisor, I coordinated and supervised the daily activities, making decisions, solving problems, and managing the daily workflow enforcing the immigration laws, port policies, and CBP mission about Inspections on passengers and passenger-related issues, baggage examination, admissibility of aliens, conveyances, merchandise, and law enforcement activities. 11/2014 – 03/2015.

ATCET AIR / SEA Anti-Terrorism Contraband & Enforcement Team. I inspected Private and Commercial Aircraft, including Cargo commodities, Employees, Crew, Cruise lines, Cargo Vessels, Containers, Shipping lines, Warehouses, and Airport related issues, looking for contraband, smuggling, and illicit activities.

Successfully worked TDY at Nogales, Arizona Port of Entry Land Border including inbound passenger processing at Vehicle lanes, Outbound, Pedestrian, Secondary Inspection, Security Surveillance, and Security Details. 06/ 2011 – 09/2011.
