Have been involved in call monitoring, training, staff clinical care, and all other aspects of the telephone suicide and crisis service.
I currently manage all complaints that come in about the Crisis Line including coordination with all other departments to resolve the complaint.
I am responsible for discussing and resolving the complaint with the Veteran.

From 2002 until 2012 I worked with Lifeline, the American Association of Suicidology, and the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration to build the Nation's first suicide hotline.
Before that, I worked at Life Crisis Services, St. Louis' Suicide Hotline as a crisis worker and in many other capacities.
I have clinical experience with children, adolescents, adults, and community partners.
