Aspects of care across the developmental lifespan commensurate with increased responsibilities and advanced education. Assisted with basic activities of basic living i.e. bathing, oral hygiene, etc. and advanced to other procedures i.e. central line/art line placement/bolt placement. Carefully followed facility established protocols, effectively communicated with supervisors, colleagues, patients and family members. Administered medications both oral and intravenous and practiced sterile techniques such as insertion of Foley catheters. Identified and reported actual and potential medication errors, observed and adjusted to each facility's specific operating procedures. Successfully accomplished eight years of travel nursing assignments with an excellent record of implementing outstanding nursing care.
