Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of flight department, including scheduling of flights, aircraft maintenance, administration and facility management.

Flight Training Programs: Collaborate with instructional staff to develop and enhance flight training programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and educational standards.

Fleet management: Oversee the maintenance and servicing of the aircraft fleet, coordinating with maintenance personnel and external vendors as needed.

Budget Maintenance: Develop and manage the operational budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost saving generation.

Staff Development: Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Duties include:

- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft and related systems and components.

- Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify root cause and appropriate corrective action to diagnose or avert equipment problems.

- Ensure maintenance records, company reports, and return to service documents are completed and retained in each specific aircraft maintenance records book.

- Planning, scheduling and performing of line maintenance.

- Responsible for 24 hour maintenance as need.

- Assist with every departure and arrival of passengers.
